Zombie Fortress 1.0.2 Released

NOTE: Whoever the first 3 people were who downloaded 1.0.2, please download it again as there was an issue in the previous file. Everything in red has been removed due to bug issues and will be reintroduced in 1.0.3.

I originally intended for this update to contain both the Zombie Spy and Zombie Abilities, but there were issues that had to be dealt with. I wanted to incorporate forced weapon switching for the axetingusher and KGB, but apparently its not possible using a plugin.

Changes from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2:
- Better memory management which should help avoid crashes.
- A config file is now automatically created.
- Scouts now move 10% slower, 360 down from 400.
- Scouts now regenerate 2 health every second, up from 1 health.
- Heavy speed boost at full health increased to 300 from 280.
- Heavies can now use the KGB.
- Engineer Sentries again last 22 seconds but they use ammo a lot faster. They explode when out of ammo. (Sentries will be redesigned once the Zombie Spy is introduced).
- Pyros now move 6% slower, 280 from 300.
- Last Stand will no longer spam messages.
- Prettier Code : )
